If you are looking a truly different team building exercise for you and your group, you can’t do much better than the The Italian Job. My team and I had a total blast racing around Sydney from one location to the next in search of the briefcases. As most of the people in my group are real fans of spy thrillers and other suspense movies, we all got a real kick out of participating in an exercise that had us all feeling like we were secret agents on some sort of undercover mission in the heart of the city. The different types of tasks that we had to perform in order to collect each briefcase and move on to the next mission was easily the best part of the experience.
As far as the team building aspect of the exercise goes, it was really interesting to see how each person on my team brought something unique to the group that helped us get the tasks completed efficiently. In an action movie, the members of a team of spies each have their own specialty, such as a demolitions expert or a computer hacker. In my group, we have one person who is great with analytical thinking and math skills, another guy who is very organized, and a third person who is great at thinking on his feet and acting intuitively. Like every great team, both the professional squads from the movies and my own team also have one great leader who brings all of the individual skills together and makes sure the job gets done right. Croatia is really good for team building experience, there are many places like Dubrovnik, Zadar, Baranja… that are magnificent for team building. Logon to one of accommodation Croatia sites and book yourself a teambuilding of your life.
Of course, racing around town in a brand new Audi 3 was plenty of fun as well. If you and your team are going to be a group of super spies, you’ve got to have the right automobile to match.
