The most people who are working in the office turn to the dip after the noon lunch. We stare at computer display, but take nothing more. Sometimes it is even hard to keep your eyes open. With these 12 tips will help you to spend your office day fine (and awake!).
1. Take your time in the morning
To start every day fresh and fruity it is important that you take enough time for yourself in the morning. Take a good shower and finish with cold water. This stimulates circulation making you feel the rest of the day fresher. A few simple stretching exercises are also effective to fit the day to begin.
2. Ride a bicycle to work
Who has a reasonable distance to his work it would do well to take it by bike. Who starts the day with exercise and fresh air, have all day of enjoyment. Are you compelled to go to work by car or public transport? Then make sure to park little further or to getof the bus one station before and take a short walk.
3. Have a good breakfast
A good breakfast is essential to feel good for the rest of the day. Breakfast is considered by some nutritionists as the most important meal of the day. So take a nice healthy sandwich or yogurt with fresh fruit.
4. Drink water instead of coffee
Cups of coffee in the office often do not drag. We get coffee really as an energy boost. Unfortunately this does not last for long term. Swap coffee so with plenty of water or change to ‘natural’ tea. Your office dips will surely decline.
5. Take plenty of breaks
In the office we often use all the breaks until noon. Yet it is wise to take breaks more often. You can also regularly have some stretching exercises. Your circulation will be better and you will also avoid problems such as RSI.
6. Light lunch
By noon we often yearn for a nice lunch. However, the proteins and carbohydrates that are incorporated in there have a negative impact on your energy. Keep the lunch limited and eat lunch minor things like salads and fruit.
7. Eat enough snacks
Because we often only have a light lunch is not enough, it is advisable during the day to eat enough snacks. So keep your energy stock levels. Snacks with sugar could make you tired. Eat natural snacks such as a handful of raisins, a banana or a slice of cake.
